What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

500 pairs per style for hand-tufted chenille slippers, 300 pairs for memory foam styles. For first-time clients we can accommodate trial orders of 200–500 pairs — contact us to discuss your project.
How long does a custom sample take?

7–10 days from artwork approval. Each sample includes 2 free revision rounds. Sample cost is fully refundable on confirmed orders of 1,000+ pairs.
What is the production lead time?

25–35 days after deposit and sample sign-off. We send weekly progress photos and QC updates throughout the production run.
What payment terms do you accept?

30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for orders over USD 30,000. Extended terms available for repeat clients.
Do you ship DDP to the United States?

Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the US, EU, UK, Australia, and Canada. We also ship FOB Shenzhen or Ningbo if you prefer to handle your own logistics. DDP typically adds 15–25 days to the production lead time.
What certifications do you have?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, Sedex SMETA, ISO 9001:2015. FDA-approved materials where required. CE/CPC, Prop 65, and GOTS (organic) available on request. All documentation provided before shipment.
Do you offer ODM and custom design?

Yes. Send us a sketch, Pantone reference, Pinterest board, or sample — we turn it into a 3D sample within 7 days. Full ODM service covers concept design, material selection, prototyping, and production handover.
What customization options are available?

Custom logo (hand-tufted, embroidered, or printed), Pantone color matching, custom materials (chenille, coral fleece, sherpa, faux fur), custom size runs, and full custom packaging (boxes, hangtags, care cards, polybags with your branding).
How do you ensure quality control?

100% in-house QC team with AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection. We retain batch samples for 12 months. Every order includes a pre-shipment inspection report with photos. Pre-production samples are signed off before bulk manufacturing begins.
Can you handle white-label packaging and FBA prep?

Yes. White-label packaging is standard: custom polybags, hangtags, and care cards with your brand. Fully custom printed boxes start at 1,000 pairs MOQ. We also handle FBA prep, Amazon labeling, and DDP shipping to your door or warehouse.
